  • In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, the Technology Services Department utilizes an internal support ticket system.
  • Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number, which you can use to track your tickets' progress and view any comments about the ticket.
  • For your reference, we can provide a complete history of all your support requests.
  • A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
  • You can 'register' for an user account, which will provide access to all your tickets (open & closed) and the abiltiy to update your tickets.
